Founded in 1985 by visionary entrepreneur Mr. Manoj Anant Joshi, Akshay Pharma Remedies (India) Pvt. Ltd. began its journey as Akshay Distributors before evolving into a full-fledged Ayurvedic formulations manufacturing powerhouse. For nearly four decades, we perfected our expertise, operating through trusted third-party manufacturing units in Nashik & Gujarat until 2023.
Driven by a commitment to absolute quality control, we took a monumental step forward in 2024 by establishing our own dedicated manufacturing facility in Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar. Today, we successfully bridge traditional Ayurvedic wisdom with modern scientific technology, producing world-class herbal and nutraceutical medicines, wellness products, and proprietary formulations. With over three decades of industry leadership, we have built an unshakeable reputation for quality, transparency, and scientific manufacturing excellence.
Academic & Literary Excellence
Beyond manufacturing, our foundational roots are deeply anchored in authentic Ayurvedic research, education, and literature. The company has published 4 to 5 highly regarded books on Ayurvedic sciences.
Most notably, our seminal publication, Aushadhi Garbhasanskar (for Better Progeny), has earned widespread academic acclaim. Today, it stands as an official reference text utilized by the prestigious Maharashtra University of Health Sciences (MUHS) for both Graduate (UG) and Post-Graduate (PG) medical curriculums.
